- Damages caused by misuse, improper installation, or personal alterations
- Wear and tear from everyday use
- Exposure to moisture, fire, or external impact
Warranty Period:
- 3 years from the delivery date
- Free maintenance check every 6 months upon request

1. How long does it take to receive my order in Hanoi?
Delivery in central Hanoi typically takes place within 1–3 business days, between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
2. Do you offer free shipping outside of Hanoi?
Free shipping is only available within Hanoi. For other provinces, shipping fees will be based on the delivery location and method (via Viettel Post, Trung Thành, or other carriers).
3. Can I exchange a product if I change my mind?
Yes. Customers may exchange products due to personal preferences or change of needs. However, you will need to cover the return and new delivery fees.
4. What if my furniture arrives damaged or has defects?
If your product has manufacturer defects such as peeling paint, cracks, or warping within 12 months, KPUP offers a 1-for-1 exchange at no cost.
