At KPUP – Just A Kid, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. Below is our official return and exchange policy:
I. 1-for-1 Exchange Within 12 Months
Within 12 months from the delivery date (as stated on the delivery note), if any manufacturing defects are found — such as warping, cracking, peeling paint, or other quality-related issues — KPUP will offer a one-for-one exchange.
- The replacement item will be of the same model and value as the defective product.
II. Return & Exchange Costs
- If the return is due to manufacturer defects, KPUP – Just A Kid will cover 100% of the shipping and exchange costs.
- If the customer wishes to exchange due to personal preference or change of need, the customer will be responsible for:
- Shipping costs for returning the original item
- Shipping costs for the new item to be delivered
- For orders outside central Hanoi, KPUP uses express delivery services. If the customer prefers a different shipping method, both parties can discuss and agree upon the associated costs.
